Unless your mind is corralled and submitted to the control of the Spirit, you’ll be running around chasing you tail like a dog does, or running around your hamster wheel in a cage the rest of your life, and never know the reigning of peace and joy in your soul, as well as in your re-born spirit. It’s real simple. It is a discipline that shuts down your own will, emotions, thinking/reasoning, except to obey His will.
