“The Essenes’ Solar Calendar – The End of the Age of Grace” is #98.0 under the Mikvah of Preparation.
Last night, I got out all my books that I’d bought at Qumran to find out if any of them told about the 364-day solar Calendar of the Essenes. In the book A Day at Qumran, I found just what I was looking for to put some kind of understanding to why the Essenes said that 2025 begins the END of the Age of Grace. I have several pictures in this article, showing very special things in Jerusalem.
I had a couple of things wrong that brought confusion in my mind, but this book righted it all. HallleuYah! Not all questions are answered, however, like when was their New Year’s Day.
Going by a solar calendar, yet by the ancient way of determining time by the Creation cycle, would put Yom Teruah as day 1 – as Tishre 1, September or October. Going by the Exodus 12:1-2 calendar for His people, we come upon Aviv 1, March or April, the time month of Passover. Either way we enter 2025. And 2025 is 2025!
We stand on the precipice as a world, as human people. There is a cut-off time for every human being and for humanity as a whole. Lucifer and fallen angels DO NOT control the timing – Yahuwah does!
We know that His tolerance for the lukewarm is over. The “cheap grace” promoted by the modern church age – and its permissiveness by church leaders, is totally unlike the Father and Son of the Word, has got to be ended.
Messiah stood at the door of the assembles/churches like Laodicea and knocked and knocked. Very few even looked out the window to see who was at the door. By 2001, we turned a corner as a human race, and all the plans for the takeover by the Beast came forward and became obvious.
Since 2020, as it seems all the watchmen know, the signs of those 200+ prophecies regarding the time of the anti-messiah, beast rule, martyrdom of believers, and the emptying of the earth of the beautiful creation of Elohim, across board began to accelerate drastically. The beginning of the time of great tribulation is near and few will live through it, dying from martyrdom, from nuclear blast and fall out, roving gangs and militaries, starvation, disease, wild beasts insanely starving – it’s all here now.
Messiah said that when we see these things, “Look Up! Your Redemption draws near.” So, let’s do that! Yahuwah is in judgment over the renegades in His family, and over the chosen-to-be damned. He is NOT in judgment of those whom He knows, and trusts, who “comfort” Him, as did Noah (“Noah” means “comfort”).
This article will let you know how the Essene solar calendar came to be, and the lunar calendar also. Today, as followers of Yahuwah’s timing, we follow the “ancient paths” of the lunar calendar as we count off the months, and the Festival times, of Yahuwah’s calendar. His days begin at sunset. Therefore a new month would be noted by the sighting of the new moon for the new month. Thus, we follow His lunar calendar, and also go by the solar Gregorian calendar. So we do what they did – we use two calendars.
