NEW MOON SIGHTING REPORT – KISLEV BEGINS TOMORROW NIGHT 2023

Greetings: NEW MOON REPORT

Well, Devorah Gordon reports from her high place of surveillance tonight from Jerusalem that NO new moon was sighted this 29th day of Heshvan. SOoooo, tomorrow at sunset of the 30th day, November 15, we move into the month of Kislev, day 1.

Kislev is the month of Hanukkah – the visit of the wise men when little Yahushua was 15 months old – when the magi from Parthia came with an entourage that shocked Herod to the core – lots more than 3 wisemen! They brought what today would be tens of thousands of dollars in gold and precious metals – from the legacy of Daniel. Parthia was a rival of Rome. Rome feared Parthia at that time – the House of Israel/Ephraim/Joseph. It was with this wealth that Yosef, Miriam, and Yahushua fled to Egypt during Herod’s rage to kill the little boys 2 years and under. The wisemen had told Herod that they wanted to take the baby back to Parthia to raise to be their king. Why? Because He was of the House of Nathan, son of King David, and Parthia was ruled by the House of Nathan, rightful heir to the throne after David by lineage. Miriam’s lineage tells it all in Luke.

Yes, I’ve written much about it, as under “Yahushua’s Birthday,” Yom Teruah September 11, 03 BCE.  That is an important article.

Anyway, their grand entourage of perhaps hundreds scared Herod really bad. Can you imagine the grandeur of their entrance into Bethlehem? Herod was afraid of his own kingship being overthrown. He feared Parthia anyway. The Magi/wisemen, left without Yahushua of course. But the wealth of Daniel passed to the right family.

Haggai 2 gives us the timing of His conception in 4 BCE at the time of Hannukah. Count 40 weeks and you come up with the date in September 03 BCE. Can you imagine how awed toddler Yahushua must have been when that entourage of important men arrived on their camels and came into their “house” with such gorgeous gifts for Him!

So, Happy Kislev from tomorrow night!

In Yahushua’s love, Yedidah, November 14, 2023
